All references below apply to retail orders only. Wholesale orders are arranged individually with these customers.
What if I don’t love the way that my pillow sleeps?
A wool filled pillow sleeps differently than a down filled one. If by day 30 you aren’t sleeping like a little lamb, return your pillow using the original enclosed shipping label free of charge. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment 3-5 business days from when your package is received. The returned pillow must be received back to us in original condition within 30 days.
What if I return the pillow outside of 30 days?
The Natural Wool Company reserves the right to refuse the refund.
What if my pillow’s wool fill compounds a bit over time?
Toss the pillow into the dryer at the lowest setting to re-fluff. If over time sweat has caused a few wool balls to form, remove these from the case and discard. Wool readily composts. If you need more wool fill, call us. We will send you a small pack of wool pearls.
What happens to returned pillows?
All returned pillows are donated to our national partner Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization that cares for underprivileged children by providing beds and bedding. It is important to help and provide children with safe, comfortable places to lay their heads for restful sleep. To learn more about this charity, visit: shpbeds.org

- We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada only. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska, APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- We do not currently offer international shipping (Canada is the exception)
- Shipping is free.
- Delivery time exludes weekends and holidays.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, will not be shipped until Monday.
- We use standard carriers for shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
